The business of the company will be managed by the other member of the Management Board, Mr. Rauno Teder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aldo Dapon worked as the CEO and a member of the Management Board of Porto Franco for just less than two years. Lembit Lump, a member of the Supervisory Board of Porto Franco made favourable comments on the occasion, saying that Dapon had done good work. Lump said that Aldo Dapon\u2019s employment contract had expired, and it was not extended. \u2018If Aldo Dapon does not wish to continue, we cannot force him to do that. The contract expired, and as there was no mutual desire to extend it, we had to terminate the contract.
